Not getting our emails?

Some of our parishioners report that they are not getting parish announcement emails. The problem could be that we simply do not have your address.

Or the problem could be that you are still using AOL email. (AOL is famous for just shutting down from time to time. When that happens, the sender doesn't get a notice that the message "bounced," and the recipient doesn't see anything except that the inbox is mysteriously empty.)

Another possibility is that your email program might be set to reject anything sent to more than one person as "spam."

I suggest:
  1. Look in your "spam" folder to see if our messages are landing there. It might be somewhat hidden.
  2. If you have an AOL account, I strongly suggest you get an additional account from a more reliable server. Gmail (from Google) works well and it's free.
  3. Go to the bottom of the column on your right, and click the link to send a message to the St. Matthew's webmaster, asking to be added to our email list. (If you change email servers, we will not know until you tell us!)
